Description

The Pro Carry HD is one of the most popular holsters offered by The Holster Store. The Pro Carry HD model is made of premium top grain American leather, bonded polyester mold resistant thread, and a steel metal clip with hidden retention prongs. The product is molded gun specific, allowing for an easy draw and secure fit of the weapon.

This product can be purchased in both standard black and brown, both left hand and right hand and is available for many LaserMax and Crimson Trace laser configurations.

The Pro Carry HD can be worn both strong side and cross draw.

For carrying this item in the small of back inside the waistband, you will need to select the opposite shooting hand.

Options:

Slide Guard: The Slide Guard (Body Shield) is an additional piece of leather that extends from the top strap to provide extra comfort to the user. The Slide Guard also protects your weapon from sweat which can cause your weapon to rust over time.

Forward or Reverse Cant: The forward or reverse cant option allows you to tilt the butt of the weapon forward or backward. This is extremely helpful for carrying the weapon in the cross-draw, small of the back, or behind the hip.

I have bought 3 of these in the years ( for 3 different guns) but the last one was bit thin leather wise...not like my others.
The thin leather does allow for one to slip the handgun in without break in, but it's not the quality I expected.

The main issue is the magazine carrier, the snap on falls of ( unsnaps) so if you like loosing magazines and ammunition this perfect. otherwise just pay the clip tax to get the clip on ( that will scuff your belt, but at least it does not fall off).

Next time before ordering I will CALL and speak with a human about what I expect....I have had good results talking with the maker, but not just ordering online.

Great holster for the price fits my sig p 365 with a nice click, snaps in like a kydex holster.
I added the slide guard and the forward cant and the price came pretty close to a high end holster just under 75.00 dollars. I hade to modify the holster by trimming the slid guard, and removed some leather from the barrel area, and I boned the leather portions I cut and I now have a 150.00 holster. All positive .

Got the pro carry hd for my smith and wesson 60-15. Good holster for the price but had to grind some of the stitching down because the back of the cylinder and the adjustable sight get hung up under it. Definitely not made for adjustable sights.
